The project of common equiments in KPÚ Žíšov.

The work is concerned on the suggestion of common facilities for Milínov cadastral territory within the processed land consolidation. It is concerned mainly on soil protection from erosion, road system, ecological network and water utilization measures. The suggestion is evaluated individually and also in relative connections, the advantages and risks of the realization are determined. The suggestions for working off are compiled both from proffesional point of view and also from own suggestions for measures. References and suggestions will be transmitted to projection and custom sphere.

Hodnocení plánu společných zařízení navrženého v rámci komplexních pozemkových úprav v k.ú. Sazovice

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of the plan of common facilities proposed in the in agreement of complex landscaping in the cadastral area of the municipality of Sazovice. Literary sources and own research describe the broader territorial relations and natural conditions of the site. The results describe all proposed joint facilities included in complex land improvements. These data, including common facilities, are processed in ArcMap 10.5.1 into summary maps, and the erosion of the RUSLE equation on parcels of complex land consolidation is calculated.

Návrh územního systému ekologické stability v plánu společných zařízení komplexní pozemkové úpravy

The aim of this thesis was to propose a territorial system of ecological stability in the plan of the joint facilities of a komplex land consolidation. For the work the cadastral area Lhota-Vlasenice, which lies in Vysočina region, was selected. The thesis was devided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, land adjustments were described (definitions, aims, district, subject, forms), plan of common facilities and rules and starting points for realization and creation of ÚSES (limit spatial parameters, principles of delimitation, principles of implementation). In the practical part, these theoretical facts were used in the ÚSES proposal. Before the ÚSES proposal, a comprehensive analysis of the territory was carried out. Natural conditions were described, as well as histotrical development and technical equipment of the selected area. A field surfy was also carried out in the area of interest, where photographic documentation was taken, land use was controled and the current state of ÚSES was charted. On the basis of the determined present state, the new elements were proposed to add the exisiting ÚSES.

Projection of common facilities plan for the complex land consolidation

The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a plan of common facilities for complex land adjustments. The territory in question is Horní Slověnice cadastral estates. The theoretical part deals with the description of land modifications, exploration works and the definition of common facilities. Its focus is on arrangements for accessing the estates, for soil protection against erosion, for protection and creation of the environment and water management measures. The practical part characterizes the selected area and offers description of the most important issues within the common facilities in the given locality.

Land consolidation is an important activity that spatially and functionally organized land. It has the ability to modify the ownership, but also affects rural and agricultural development. This work deals with the issue of land consolidation, the first defines the basic concept of landscaping, including the administrative procedure of land arrangement connection land arrangement and land register. The practical part is focused on three selected cadastral areas, which are Telnice u Brna, Moutnice and Chudčice, when the first was summary of the complete land arrangements and subsequently evaluated their performance in terms of property relations. Attention is paid to the changes in the number of parcels, thus the success of the consolidation of the land arrangement, establishment or cancellation of easements, settlement of ownership, origin provided parcels of common facilities and cause differences.

This thesis applies to the issue of land consolidation and concentrates especially on analysis of valid law regulation. The introduction of thesis presents the history of this institutions and its development in our country. The beginnings were based on easy organisation in the land. Without historical view it is not possible to appreciate the positives of today's land arrangements. The function of today's arrangements is also to repair the negatives of single - purpose arrengements from the last century. The next part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the expression and the whole proceedings of land consolidation. At the end I payed the attention to the real consolidation aimed to the building of common facilities. Land consolidation serve many purposes like protection on nature and landscape, the assurance in property relations for the owners and the development of the countryside.

The work deals with issues of road network in comprehensive landscaping, the literature review specifically categorization of field roads, road constructions, the forms of the elements, buildings, drainage, vegetation accompaniment, maintenance, repairs and reconstructions of field roads. Within the selected area of interest includes the history of road network, road network according to the proposal complex of land adjustment and evaluation of its realization.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with common measures which was put into practice in comprehensive land consolidation in Písek District. Main target of this thesis is created new records in Catalogue of common measures of land consolidation based on materials from Regional Land Office for South Bohemian Region, Písek branch office.
Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on land consolidation´s issues, the procedure and goals. Information about common measures is included.
Next section is dedicated to results of processed data and their evaluation in different terms.

This diploma work deals with Common arrangement organization of land adjustment in cadastral area of Cheb District.
The theoretical part is focused on common arrangement organization of land adjustment. At the start, the term land adjustment is introduced to the reader. The formation and history of land adjustment on Czech Republic territory is described. Furtheron, the subject, district and their form are characterized. Common arrangement organizations of land adjustment, their financing and maintenance are introduced to the reader. The common arrangement organizations that are devided into cathegories of arrangement organizations for making the land available, anti-corrosive arrangements for agricultural land fund, water management and arrangements for enviromental protection formation are introduced.
The practical part of this work deals with documenting and recording the results into the Catalogue of common arrangement organizations of land adjustment. The Common arrangement organizations of land adjustment are being assessed from several points of view. Evaluation of a questionary is a part of the results.
